ORDERING


You will receive an order confirmation via email. Because each piece is handmade, please allow 10-14 days for shipping. One of a kind pieces will be noted. Remember all stones are natural, unique and hand selected so they may vary slightly in color and shape.

All orders will be sent via USPS standard shipping/insured. Shipping and handling charges are applicable.


CUSTOM ORDERS


If you do not see a style or design you are looking for, please contact me at lra@r-adesignsnm.com and we can work together to create that perfect piece for you.

All jewelry is made with sterling silver unless otherwise noted. If you would like to have a piece made in gold, please let me know (price, of course, will increase).

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS


If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, I will refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling). To receive a refund, you must notify me by email. Return unworn merchandise within 10 days of receipt, (no refunds will be made after 10 days of receipt of merchandise) in its original packaging with original receipt indicating the reason for return. Return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds cannot be issued if package is lost or damaged. Please insure your package when returning. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
